Patti Gilchrist is a Sr. Technical Manager with 25 years of project delivery expertise combined with technology skills and business acumen.

She has a reputation for successfully implementing strategic enterprise initiatives and delivering simultaneous large-scale, mission-critical projects on time and budget. Patti effectively translates customer requirements and business problems into realistic and innovative solutions and develops strategic roadmaps to drive successful execution of business goals.

Her experience includes ERP implementations, data conversions, large-scale data management, analysis and reporting, business software application development aligned with critical business requirements, IT infrastructure delivery, PMO and Center of Excellence implementations, and process implementation and improvement in existing and startup organizations.

Patti has worked and consulted at many large corporations such as Westinghouse Electric, Progress Energy, Alcoa, Bank of America, and UPMC Health Plan. Industry experience includes Manufacturing, Energy/Distribution, Banking/Finance, and Health Care.

She has a BA from Temple University and holds PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications and is dedicated to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management community.
